The company received authorisation 22 October 2015 from the Ministre d'Etat to buy and sell properties in Monaco.
Close to € 18 million was invested in a number of properties. Renovation and decoration has been carried out by a local firm of high standing to produce quality apartments.
The investment project has been very profitable and three apartments have been sold with great success.
